Delivery

Digital workbooks are delivered electronically after successful payment. The checkout or confirmation email provides access to a ZIP file containing the editions shown on the product page. No physical item is shipped.

Please enter an email address you can access and save a local backup after downloading. If the email or link does not arrive, check spam and then contact us.

File access and compatibility

Product pages list the included file formats, paper sizes, page counts, and edition dates. A current PDF reader and a device capable of opening ZIP files are required. Printing costs and printer settings are your responsibility.

Personal-use license

Your purchase grants one buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may print reasonable copies for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute, reproduce for a group, or use the files as part of a commercial product or service.

Refunds and delivery problems

Because access to a digital file can begin immediately, completed downloads are generally not returnable in the same way as physical goods. We will, however, correct delivery problems and review requests involving duplicate charges, a materially corrupted or unusable file, or a product that materially differs from its description.

Contact us with the checkout email, product name, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Other requests are reviewed consistently and case by case. Nothing in this policy excludes statutory cancellation, refund, or remedy rights that apply to you.

Immediate digital access

By choosing immediate access where that option is presented at checkout, you request that digital delivery begin as soon as payment is complete. Any additional consent or acknowledgement required for your location will be shown during checkout.
